Once the Circuit Advisors have finished the sighting laps, they are then available to assist customers for the rest of the event. Please remember, Circuit Advisors time is Free Of Charge to riders, so please feel free to use them.
If you’re not sure when your group is out, or you wish to use one of our Circuit Advisors, please speak to the TTP Ltd Pit Lane Controller or Administrator and they will be happy to assist you.

General Advice

T T P Ltd administration staff, are available for signing-on one and a half hours before the event commences (except in Nogaro, please refer to your brochure for these details). The earlier you arrive for signing-on, the more chance you have of being calm when it is your turn to take to the track.
Except those required by TTP Ltd, garages are allocated on a “1st come, 1st served” basis
Allow at least 3 laps for your tyres to warm up.
Please ride with consideration towards fellow participants and remember! You need to concentrate on your own actions and the rider in front, let the rider behind, concentrate on you. Consider this: if you run into the back of another rider, you are at fault.
Keep at least one bike width between you and the machine you are passing.
If you enter a corner too fast and you think you’re not going to make it, try it anyway, you may get round, but if you don’t you should Low Side and this usually causes less damage than a High Side.
If you run on to the grass “do not use your front brake”. Stay calm, roll your throttle off, use your back brake and gears to bring yourself to a standstill. When you come to a stop and if you feel unsettled “Get off your bike and stand by the side of it”. We will stop the session and have the recovery unit bring you back to the paddock. Please Note: there is not as much traction on the grass or gravel as there is on the tarmac
Should you need to leave the track before the end of the session, check behind you, if safe to do so, move to the side of the track where the Pit Lane Entrance is. Slow down. Raise your LEFT hand and exercising great caution, turn on to the slip road.
If you see another rider in the process of exiting the track “Do Not Go Between Them And The Edge Of The Track”
Drink plenty, eat small and often. This may help prevent dehydration and rider fatigue.
The more you are able to relax, the smoother your actions will be, the less chance you have of falling off your bike.
A 10 mph speed limit is enforced in both the Pit Lane & Paddock. Riders seen to be in excess of this speed, may be prevented from taking part in the event by the circuit staff.
Smoking & Children under the age of 16 ARE NOT ALLOWED in the Pit Lane, unless authorised by the Circuit Staff.
Catering Facility opening times, Photographer and other service information will be announced at the Briefing.
We welcome comments from riders who feel that another participant may be a danger to themselves or other track users. However, we may not be able do anything about a rider, if you don’t let our team know the problem.
Any person seen to be riding in a manner liable to cause an accident, will be refused access to the track.
